We will be aware of all your programs, promotional materials, premiums and fulfillment materials. Our CCPs are selected through rigorous screening and hiring process. We encourage by continuous training sessions, stringent performance standards, and frequent incentive programs.
Since we know that monitoring both voice calls and data transactions is an important factor in keeping our CCPs at the top, even the most experienced CCP is monitored 6 times which is less compared to new hires monitored more frequently. CCPs are trained on how to enhance their personal skills and are verified to make sure the data they confine is highly accurate.
Our first-class CCPs are supported up by state-of-the-art technology that allows answer 80% of all calls within twenty seconds with an abandon rate of less than 2.9%. Track CCP and call status in real-time in order to maintain our severe performance metrics. Perform a wide range of functions for your Donors promptly and easily.
