Calls are processed by "live" operators whose responsibility is to greet the caller in the client's name or business name. The operator will obtain the caller's name, address if necessary phone number and a brief message. It also can give basic information about the client to the caller. Upon completion of the call, the operator can dispatch the message to pagers or cell phones, store the message for you to later call in and retrieve, place the message in a complimentary voice mail box, telephone the client with the message; or, cause the message to be E-Mailed or faxed to the client; all of which are the client's option. In addition, messages can be faxed to the client daily.
